Cellphones in Puerto Vallarta

There is local cellular service from Telcel and Movistar. Very few cellular services will allow you to roam in Mexico. Most cell phones will work, but they must be reprogrammed by these local service providers. We have local cellular service. Remember to have it reprogrammed again before returning to the U.S.
