What is this about?
La Contaduría: Historic site where battles were free to protect the port of San Blas. Here you will find, also the Temple of the Virgin Rosario. You may also enjoy he beautiful view of the port.
La Tovara: A few minutes from San Blas is the pier of Matechen, in which the native fishermen offer their pangas for an excursion to La Tovara and to the Camalote lagoon, that last approximately three hours. Around 8 kilometers of route through the mangrove swamps. Once board, we discover that the road is framed by various plants, like the giants ferns, lilies and mangroves. Aboard in the pangas the guide is an expert in the ecosystem of La Tovara.
Cocodrilario: Keikari Laguna Salvaje (keikari Savage Lagoon) located in the touristic sightseeing La Tovara an iconic destination that highlights a national and international level for its center conservation and exhibition of the flora and fauna and the good quality of crocodile. Crocodiles of all sizes, the oldest crocodile is thirty-six years old and it is about four meters long.
Region gastronomy is the succulent offer. There is the existence of some restaurants that delight the visitants with their exquisite plates with sea ingredients, for example the delicious lisa tatemada or the bumpy fish with its infinite of main plates, among coctels, soups and a good drink or really cold beer.
