a) Presentation
- Attendance to a 90 minute vacation ownership presentation the day after arrival is required.
- You cannot attend another vacation ownership presentation during your visit.
b) Age
- All persons must be between the ages of 30 and 70 years of age at the time of visit
c) Income
- $50,000.00 household income or greater for USA citizens.
- $75,000.00 Canadian dollars or greater for Canada citizens.
d) Identification
- I.D. showing identical residence address will be required for married couples and common law.
- Must present major credit cards and valid photo ID at the tour reception desk.
- Debit cards or Check cards do not qualify.
e) Marital Status
- Offer is valid for married couples (both must attend the presentation as well as singles traveling with boyfriend or girlfriend) or
f) Singles
- Legally single who otherwise meet all other qualifications and are above 30 years of age.
g) Countries
- Offer is valid only for English or Spanish speaking citizens of the USA and Canada.
h) Group Travel
- Maximum of 8 people per tour between adults and children.
- When friends or family are traveling together the benefit of the promotion will only apply for the first online registered couple prior to arrival.
i) Complementary Transportation
- The one-way ground transportation must be pre-purchased at www.myvallartaexperience.com
- The one-way ground transportation reimbursement will be valid with the proper coupon from My Vallarta Experience.
- Coupon must be presented at resorts tour check-in signed or stamped but the taxi provider: VIP SERVICE.
- The one-way ground transportation reimbursement will be done in cash after completing the required presentation.
- The one-way ground transportation reimbursement will be done only to attendees to presentation.
j) Activity Refund
- The reimbursement will be done in cash for activities purchased at My Vallarta Experience after attending the required presentation for up to $250 USD.
- If no activity was booked with My Vallarta Experience but you attend the presentation, cash voucher for up to $250 USD will be given after the completion of the presentation towards activities with the touring resort's travel agency.
k) More Terms
- Online registration previous to your arrival only
- This offer is not transferable and is not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
- If the full amount is not reached, there will be no remainders given in cash or any other form.
- Travel agents, timeshare industry related, airline employees do not qualify for this promotion.
